October 15th Raleigh - Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day
Many thanks to all who attended the first annual
October 15th Raleigh!

I was truly humbled to stand in front of so many brave, courageous parents. I only hope that the evening gave enough love and dignity to the memory of your precious babies.

I look forward to seeing you all next year
and for many years to come.

The first annual October 15th Raleigh is a community wide event to be held in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Each year, approximately one million pregnancies in the U.S. end in miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a newborn child.

October 15th Raleigh is an effort to bring comfort, healing and unity to parents in the Triangle who have suffered a pregnancy or infant loss. October 15th Raleigh allows parents to openly remember their loss and to have their loss recognized.

"Forget me not My little one You have left us too soon
Though my body can no longer hold you I hold you forever in my heart
As precious and beautiful as this flower caught in time
A mother's love does not forget"
